For custom orders, please allow 12-14 business days for production and shipment. Expedited wedding guestbook orders incur an additional $20 fee + overnight shipping costs. Initial payments/deposits are made through PayPal. All subsequent payments due to customization beyond initial agreement, will be invoiced separately, and paid through PayPal as well. Initial payment for custom work is due up front in order to fulfill the ordering process.
No refunds or exchanges on discounted items or custom items. This is non-negotiable.
