Gallery items can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of ship date. Items must be returned in same condition as delivered. No refunds or exchanges on discounted items or customized orders (custom journals, custom pregnancy books, and custom wedding guest books). Please contact me if you would like a refund or exchange, or if you have any questions.

Customized journal orders can be made using the customized journal order form. Customized wedding guest book orders can be made using the customized wedding guest book order form. Customized pregnancy journal orders can be made using the customized pregnancy journal order form.
