Custom Items
Initial payments/deposits is made through PayPal. All susequent payments due to customization beyond initial agreement, will be invoiced and paid through PayPal as well. Payment for custom work is due at initial ordering in order to fulfill ordering process.
Return Policy
No refunds or exchanges on discounted items, customized orders (custom journals and custom wedding guest books), or inventory items. This is non-negotiable.

8% for NY state residents
Shipping
Please allow 12-14 business days for order fulfillment and shipping of inventory orders. Customers will be notified in advance if production time is extended because of large quantity or holiday orders.
Domestic Shipping rates: $3.00 USD
International Shipping rates: $6.50 USD
Customized journals and wedding guest book orders
Production
Please allow 12-14 business days for production and delivery for customized journal orders. Customers will be notified if production time is extended for any reason.

All custom orders each have specific proofing processes to ensure customization to customer's liking. Please refer to custom order pages for details.
Wholesale Journal orders
Please contact me for wholesale pricing, and be sure to include details of your order: quantities, type of look you want, 6" x 6" or 8" x 8" journal preference, and any items that are needed to be expedited.
Production times may vary depending on incremental quantity of orders. Retailers will be notified of timing for production based on quantity ordered before order fulfillment. Initial invoice will be sent via e-mail and are requested to be paid online in order to begin fulfillment process.

For online orders through PayPal cart transactions, please view PayPal's privacy policy. Personal information (e-mail addresses, etc.) within online forms through Concepcioun.com will not be sold to third party merchants or affiliates. That is a promise.
